Q1. Are you manufactory or trading company?
A. We are manufacturer with 10-years experience and with professional foreign trade team. Located in Shandong Province, China. we use good raw materials as our source and strictly control every process until loading. Q2.Can you produce according to the samples ?
A. Yes ,we provide OEM&ODM service, we can do customization according to customer's requirements.(including shapes , printing logo, colors, packing etc.).
Q3.What is your terms of delivery ?
A. EXW,FOB,etc.
Q4.How long is your delivery time ?
A. Generally it is 10-15 days if the goods are in stock. And 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock, it also depends on the order quantity.

A. Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We make pre-production sample before mass production and do final Inspection before shipment.
Q6.What is your terms of payment ?
A.TT/ DP (negotiate) Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. We support final payment after inspection of the goods. Or customers can pay the balance after we show you the finished product package.
