Q4: Do you have any MOQ?

Answer: Yes, MOQ is 300-500pcs, or we can have a online consultation.

Q5: What is the lead time?

Answer: Sample time 7 days, 45 days for the mass production.

Q6: May I have my own logo on the dial of the clock? If I do not like the color, could I change the color?

Answer: Yes, Welcome; if all standard colors could not meet your deeds, we could customized by your PMS.

Q7: How does your quality control since you know I am not in China?

Answer: We have a complete QC system to manage our quality, our QC team will be tracing difference phase of production from beginning, such as raw material checking, major ingredient or fabric confirmation and package test during production. The most important we will be self-inspection before cargo ship out and will take product pictures and quality report to each customer that you ordered from us. No matter you are first time to cooperate with us or you had ordered many times.


Q8: When can I get the price?

Answer: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry, If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q9: How much does it cost to ship to my country?

Answer: The shipping cost depends on your order qty and CBM together with the destination you need, So after order confirmed and you give us your address then we will count the certain cost for you.
